This monograph consists of 6 chapters made up of text material and plentiful photographs and illustrations. This research is intended to be described the true cause and mechanism of cancer cells in the interdisciplinary perspective to furnish an irrefragable proof that the mechanism of cancer as follows; even though a human being is formed by only one life form (living organism), it is composed of two different life forms (living organisms) adopting two fundamentally different methods for producing energy. One of them produces energy by a method called anaerobic glycolysis. The other called as mitochondria produces energy by using oxygen (TCA cycle). When the aerobic life form called as mitochondria die, this cell changes into cancer cell. In this viewpoint of evolution, when a cell transforms its figure into an ancient one in its evolutional process to survive under present circumstances of great difficulty, that is under mental or physical stress, this cell changes into cancer cell. To cure cancer cell, oxygen must be supplied to a cell, that is to mitochondria. In this context, cancer can be said to be caused by the abnormal respiration metabolism of mitochondria.
Mitochondria is exactly a life itself, which support the survival of a human being. The weight of mitochondria occupies 10% of the eight of a person. If a weight of a man is 60 kg, the weight of mitochondria of his all bodv is 6 kg. In this monograph, the evolutional process of a human tissue from a cell is described. When a human body is attacked by stress, that is not only by physical stress but also by mental stress, his tissue will return to his past appearance, that is to a cell which survived under the sea. A human body is composed of 6 trillion cells. When a human body is attacked by stress, a cell itself reduces the number of mitochondria in itself. On the other hand, when this stress disappears, a cell increases the number of his mitochondria. A cell carries out such an operation to survive In this viewpoint, all disease, even cancer can be said the reaction to a stress. In a word, a disease, including cancer should not be recognized as a problem. Our human body is an advanced machine with high-performance functions.
